| Kerry has 16 years experience in the
middle market Equipment Leasing industry covering Michigan and Missouri as
well as select key accounts for US Leasing. Kerry joined Minority Alliance
Capital in 2001, after the sale of US Leasing. Kerry graduated from Wayne
State University in 1986, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance.
